Two Way Radios

All new cars, and used cars that pass inspection will be equipped with two way radios. Simply by saying the plate number into the radio, one will be instantly able to speak with other drivers. The message could be "you go first", "nice car" or "Fuck you , you stupid piece if shit scumbag".

This will be automated in my domain.
